How did we get this far? The most valuable lesson I've learned in growing a business is that culture is most important. It's a company's culture that attracts the best and the brightest and keep them happy and motivated. It's culture that underlies a business's ability to dream with confidence and adapt. And adapt we have. From the humble beginnings of a small local mail-order company to a national eCommerce business. Same business ... different times. We are truly thankful.
